SHIPPING, RETURNS AND PRIVACY POLICIES FOR ITEMS ORDERED ONLINE REFUND POLICY
Perishable and fragile products (floral arrangements and plants) cannot be returned, but these products will be replaced if they arrive damaged. Non-perishable gift items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase for store credit. The Plant Gallery is not responsible for the shipping of returns.

GENERAL FLORAL DELIVERY POLICY
Floral arrangements will be delivered via a staff member from The Plant Gallery or an associate. Some gift items will be delivered via UPS or FedEx; this will be noted in the product description. We will make every effort to deliver upon request of same-day deliveries depending on time and location. While we will make every effort to honor a requested delivery time, we do not guarantee specific delivery times. Orders destined for a business address will generally be delivered before 5:00 p.m. Please note that the recipient may be contacted prior to delivery in some cases to verify that someone will be available to receive the arrangement. Requests for surprise delivery (i.e. not contacting the recipient before delivery) may be accommodated at the discretion of The Plant Gallery. In such cases the sender is liable for any delivery charges if the arrangement is not delivered on the first attempt.
HOLIDAY DELIVERY POLICY
To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 2 days prior to the following holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, and Father’s Day.
FLORAL DELIVERY RATES
Deliveries are available for orders with a minimum of $40 unless otherwise specified. If the delivery address if not located in the areas listed below, please contact us.
Uptown and Metairie – $10
Kenner - $12
Lakeview - $12
West Bank (Gretna and New Orleans) - $15
Bywater and Marigny - $12
9th Ward - $25 with an order minimum of $100
SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement and chosen size, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain containers may be necessary due to increased demand or availability and we reserve the right to substitute with items of like quality if necessary, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all-rose bouquet or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type but may substitute with another color.
CHANGING OR CANCELING YOUR ORDER
If for any reason you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We are happy to accommodate requests for changes or cancellations as long as we receive them before the order has been sent out on delivery or prepared for shipment.
